SLOWVVY Exchange & Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
In-Stock Products: Except for customized and personal hygiene products, or other products unsuitable for resale, you may return or exchange any in-stock item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.
Pre-Sale Products: Pre-sale items can only be exchanged; returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@slowvvy.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
3. Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees including the shipping fees of returns and exchanges.
In the following circumstances, slowvvy would be responsible for the shipping fee of returns and exchanges:
There is a discrepancy between the received product and what was stated in the original order (including not limited to product size, model, style, color, and quantity).
The received product is defective (including but not limited to poor quality and products damaged in transit).
Except for the above circumstances, customers are responsible for the shipping fee of returns and exchanges..
If a shipment incurs import duties and tax charges in order to clear customs, the customer will be responsible for any customs and import duties payable.
We offer return and exchange shipping service with our partnered logistics provider, in which case a price quote will be made to the customer upon request of return or exchange. In case you decide to choose your own shipping service, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@slowvvy.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exclusions
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive defective or damaged.
